Sustaining Success!

APRIL 10 and 11
Hilton Lac-Leamy, Gatineau (Quebec)

Accreditation Canada is pleased to announce the third annual Quality Conference coming this spring to Gatineau, Quebec on April 10 and 11.

Over the past two years, the Quality Conference has brought together health care practitioners and administrators from across the country with the goal of sharing quality improvement strategies, successes and challenges and building capacity for sustaining momentum.

Your ideas have inspired us and we want you to keep the momentum going.

Let’s celebrate the diversity and scope of quality initiatives underway.

The conference is offered with simultaneous interpretation.

Culture: How did your efforts impact trust and support for change throughout your organization?

Leadership/Governance: How did you foster staff and patient engagement/promote patient-centered leadership?

Physician partnerships and staff engagement: Was building capacity and co-creating change the key to your success?

Data and evidence: How did the use of transparency, feedback to frontline teams and using data, drive quality improvement and spread change throughout your organization? Were you able to inject fun and practicality throughout the measurement loop?

Patient centered care: How did you empower patients and families through self-management, and ultimately improve patient experience?
