How to use this document

Pages 1 to 5: Lists Pan-Canadian organizations. These tend to be larger organizations with sites across the country.

Page 6 onwards: Lists organizations by province, then by city or town.

Please note that organizations appear only once in this document, so if you are not able to locate an organization under its province/city/town, check the list of Pan-Canadian organizations (pages 1 to 5). As well, you have the option of using the pdf search function (CTRL + F) to find a health care organization.
