Canadian Health Accreditation Report

This year’s Canadian Health Accreditation Report, Emerging Risks, Focused Improvements, highlights the value of Accreditation Canada’s patient safety goals — the Required Organizational Practices — in contributing to patient safety, reducing harm, improving client outcomes, and decreasing unnecessary health care system costs.
