It is a new, improved, state-of-the-art approach to accreditation based on the latest literature, extensive consultation and input from partners and experts. Our clients use this program not only to fulfill their survey requirements but to develop and evaluate programs and services on an ongoing basis. One of Qmentum’s key products are standards developed specifically for Long Term Care organizations.

Accreditation Primer
Qmentum includes an Accreditation Primer for clients new to the accreditation process. The Accreditation Primer helps organizations establish the necessary supports, structures, and safety processes to successfully participate in accreditation.
Working Together
Accreditation Specialists work in partnership with clients, assisting and advising during every step in the process.
Accreditation Canada’s surveyors are professional, respected peer reviewers who work in accredited Canadian health care organizations. Experienced in Long Term Care, they provide clients with encouragement and guidance in addition to a competent assessment of the organization’s strengths and challenges.
