    What to Expect


    Take part in this one-and-a-half-day session to learn about leading the Qmentum accreditation program.

    At the end of the session, participants will be able to:

    • Identify the tasks required throughout the accreditation process
    • Describe current updates to the accreditation program
    • Organize the submission of the self assessment
    • Identify and track Required Organizational Practices
    • Use the Quality Performance Roadmap as a tool for making ongoing improvements
    • Describe typical accreditation activities and identify individual roles
    • Educate and motivate staff on Qmentum

    Who should attend

    Accreditation coordinators or those leading the accreditation process within their organizations, who are participating for the first time in the Qmentum accreditation program.
