    Increasingly, health care organizations are recognizing the roles that evidence-based performance measures and accreditation play in creating an integrated approach to quality improvement. Managing quality improvement through integrated quality management has become the starting point for providing excellence in health care.

    In this one-day workshop, participants explore how to use performance measures and Accreditation Canada’s Qmentum program to develop the quality improvement plans and frameworks required for integrated quality management.
