Accreditation Canada and Six Sigma Canada Inc. have partnered to offer training sessions in 2013. Facilitated by a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, this four day course is intended for individuals who want to enhance their skills and competencies using a standardize approach to problem solving for the purpose of continuous improvement.
Participants will become familiar with the seven fundamental Lean principles and be able to add these to their continuous quality improvement toolbox. The session will provide participants with the opportunity to use accreditation results as a platform for identifying a quality improvement project, apply the tools learned throughout the session, and to receive post session coaching to ensure project success. At the end of the session, participants will be able to lead and execute projects within their organizations.
Participants will be required to successfully complete exam requirements and to actively participate in the classroom portion of the training.
Fee
- $1600 for the four-day course
Cancellation/Refund Policy
To receive a refund, requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail to learning@accreditation.ca.
Cancellations may only be made up to thirty (30) days prior to the first day of training.
Cancellations made in accordance with this timeline will be processed and a refund provided, minus a $200 administration fee.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than thirty (30) days prior to the first day of training.
Substitution policy
- Requests for assigning a substitute representative are permitted and must be submitted in writing via e-mail to learning@accreditation.ca prior to the event start date.
