    Q: Can I bring my payment to the session?
    A: No. Payments must be made in advance.

    Q: If my organization is in the process of being accredited by Accreditation Canada, am I a considered a client?
    A: Yes.

    Q: I can’t attend the session. Can someone else go in my place?
    A: Yes. Please notify the Learning and Development Team prior to the session in the event of a substitution.

    Q: I am attending an English session, but would prefer to have the participant manual/­documentation in French. Is this possible?
    A: Yes. Please notify the Learning and Development team and we will ensure you have the materials in the language of your choice.
