Registration cancellation requests must be submitted at least ten (10) working days prior to the date of the session by phone at 613-738-3800 or 1-800-814-7769 or by sending an e-mail to learning@accreditation.ca. Accreditation Canada will refund the registration fee less a $100 administration fee.
Accreditation Canada reserves the right to cancel a session in the event of insufficient registration. Registrants will receive a full refund.
